Please note: Self-pay is an option. When choosing this option, I am not bound by a set number of sessions and I am not required to report your information to your insurance.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I am happy to provide a receipt for each session for you to file for out-of-network. Please contact your provider to verify if/how your plan compensates for out-of-network psychotherapy services. If so, be sure to clarify what your provider requires.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

*Do I have mental health coverage?

*What is my deductible and has it been met?

*How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

*What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?

*Is approval required from my primary care physician?

By adding up those benefits, you can make an informed decision about whether or not it’s worth it to file.

Payment

I accept debit cards and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I accept payment through a secure portal. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee as your session is reserved especially for you.
